Following credit card approval, an order will be processed within 2-3 business days Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm PST.
Our shipping & handling charges are as follows:
- USA standard shipping, 5-9 business days - Free
- International standard shipping, 5-15 business days - $50
Important Shipping Information
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Orders are subject to merchandise availability. You will not be charged for any items that are not available.
For your protection, gift cards will be shipped with signature required. EvaMejl.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift cards.
EvaMejl.com does not want any lost or stolen packages and neither do you! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for missing/lost packages; of course, we want you to get your cute stuff! Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address, as we want our customer as happy as can be.
Please do not forget to enter your apartment number if any!

The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.EvaMejl.com. Please note that the return/exchange policy at our retail stores differs from the online return/exchange policy. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we will be happy to help fix the problem.
- You have 14 business days to return ALL regular price merchandise back to the online store from the ship date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.
- Sale merchandise is Final and may not be exchanged or returned.
- Complete the Product Returns form on our website.
- Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package if possible.
- Include the packing slip with your return merchandise.
- Affix the Address Label sticker with EvaMejl mailing address to the outside of your return package. Write your order number on label.
- Please note that the Address Label is not pre-paid. You are responsible for all return shipping fees via the carrier of your choice.
- We suggest you obtain a return tracking number for your reference.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Once your return is received, please allow 5-10 business days for your account to be credited. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. EvaMejl.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please note, any returns received that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
